During the spring season in London, people in other European cities prepare for the hot summer weather — stocking up on sun cream, and getting ready for the parties and barbecues.

But the people in London will still be holding on to their winter coats and with little hope of having a hot summer season.

The city has a plethora of attractions, both remarkable medieval structures, and modern architecture. There is a lot to keep your mind off the dull weather in London.

No matter what time of the year, the streets of London are always crowded with people coming from all over the world. Even when it rains, people still cross the roads from one side to another, causing traffic jams.

It shows that, even though the weather is unpredictable and disappointing, many still come to London than other major cities.

Does the Unpredictable Weather Make London a Terrible a Place to Live?

There is no doubt the weather can be depressing, but it is something many people in London accept because they cannot imagine living somewhere else.

London is made up of many different places — it is a myriad of villages and modern urban towns all interconnected to form the great city. London is a great democratic space. It accepts everyone whether you are slightly odd or have a different culture. 

So, the unpleasant weather does not deter people from doing what they want. If someone wants to go sailing or rowing, there is River Thames.

Those who like to eat tasty junk food, it is cheap and everywhere — or you can go to one of the many world’s most fabulous restaurants.

And anyone who craves the world’s best dishes you can find a lingering scent of different world cuisines in almost every corner of London.

There are acres of green space, and canals scattered all over London. Even on wet days people who want green spaces walk to through many parks or go to the small villages in London.

There are plenty of historic pubs where people drink real, local beer or sip cocktails in cool cellars with dimmed lighting.

The weather does not stop people from enjoying live musicals, pantomime, or visiting some of the most excellent museums and galleries in the world, and for free of charge.

It all comes to what people want to do on the day and the weather cannot stop that.

The weather in London England can be mucky, wet, windy grotty and frustrating, but that something people endure to enjoy the wall to wall culture and many amusing activities in the greatest city in the world. There are few places in the world, that try to offer what London does.
